What makes photography art? What makes art art? I don't know if there is an objective, technical answer to these questions. I'm sure many have attempted to answer them. But to me, art is anything that makes you feel something. If it brings an emotion out of you, if it makes its way to one (or a few) of your senses and you experience a feeling, it's art. If it resonates with a version of you from the past, present, or future, it's art. If it sparks curiosity in your mind, or inspires you, it's art. Each one of us is inherently a work of art. And we consume art everyday, through the music we listen to, the places we go, and the food we eat. Photography of course is only one language of expression, and there are many others. In this space, I attempt to use the language I grew to learn to express not only my art, but the art that is within and around us all.
